Director of Operations: Sierra A. Martin. Sierra shares her love of entertaining through intimate dinner parties and private catered events honoring menus from simple to gourmet. She masters fine dining with artistic ability and charisma, offering exquisite presentations, health conscious choices and the knowledge of a fine connoisseur. Sierra, along with her seasoned team, offers guests an unparalleled dining experience and striking ambience guaranteed to win the hearts and palates of the most discriminating kind. In addition to hosting special events Sierra has instructed classes for a number of years. She has instructed classes for team building, couples, manners classes for children, bachelorette parties, as well as privately dinner parties and much more. |

Executive Chef: Kevin DeVries. As Executive Chef for "The Edge" Kevin graduated from Grand Valley State University and The Secchia Institute of Culinary Education and is continuing his education in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management. His interests include ice carving, organic gardening and sustainability (recycling). Kevin takes great pride in producing delectable dishes with impeccable artistic style. |

Sous Chef: Nicholas Snyder. With over a decade of food service experience, Nicholas is no more at home than in the kitchen at "The Edge". He is an avid wine and beer enthusiast, and thoroughly enjoys brewing his own beer. In his free time, he coaches rugby at his alma matter, Grand Valley State University. |

Marketing Coordinator: Erin Tubbergen. As a Market Coordinator for "The Edge", Erin is working toward degrees in marketing and Spanish at Calvin College. Her interest include Social Media Marketing which she shows with enthusiasm and confidence. Erin enjoys running and traveling in her spare time. |

Wait Staff Coordinator: Allison Rutledge. As Wait Staff Coordinator for "The Edge" Allison is currently working toward a degree in marketing at Davenport University. She received The National Excellence in Leadership Award for her community service. Among her interests are exercise and the catering business. Allison is focused, hard-working and dependable, while being, warm and personable, with a great passion for life. |
